Skywalk and that too above 314 metres above! Such an activity is the best experience in a typical city like Bangkok!

As we already had an excursion in Bali for a month, we honestly were really tired and had just a few best experiences in Bangkok, this was one of them!

I remember us taking a cab to get to this place but got cheated by the driver, the sim wasn’t installed in the devices and hence no mobile data to track the route as well!

The driver took us to another mall with an intention to get a lil more money! However, it was great to explore the mall!

Why do I say that it was great is because the malls here are ultra luxury malls that are very unlikely to find in India. This mall is called King Power Mall. The ambience is just so posh and every store that you see here is of high luxury brands. On the top floor, cosmetic stores were based openly and the setups were so aesthetic and glossy! Further when we explored the mall, we could see so many brands like Coach and Michael Kors, we clicked a few clicks and then quickly moved towards the exit as we really have the skywalk experience and we were already late because of the mishap.

The exterior too was posh. There was this building, extremely unique! It was round and kinda translucent and this is where we had a few clicks and then off to the spot where we should actually be!

Oh My! The buildings in Bangkok are so unique and attention grabbing! So we were finally at Mahanakhon and it looked like the tiles of the building were broken from the top and bottom and is about to break! This was the design! How cool it is!

When we entered, the ambiance was a lil dark that gave us a feel of deciding to have a great experience! This was the reception and we stood there till the time dad was proceeding for the tickets.

The lift, it had more than 80 floors if am not mistaken and the 80th floor is where the actual experience laid! But we were taken to a floor below that for a while to enjoy the sunset view from the wall sized windows on every side!

The crowd here was massive!

By the time we reached the very top, it was getting dark! But the views were astounding in the dark because of the city lights! A typical view of Bangkok was seen from here, it was amazing! This was it? No!

Two steps down, the floor was transparent! By that I mean that it was a glass floor to walk on! The entire view could be seen from here as well!

We stepped on this floor after a while after enjoying and clicking pictures on the stairs and the view that could be seen from there!

It would have been great if I was less tired and could enjoy these moments to the fullest!

We had a lot of clicks and goofy moments here!

Then, time to step on the glass! But before that, we had to wear the plastic socks!

I never felt this much hesitant to cross two steps! To an extent that I couldn’t do that while standing and chose to do that by sitting!

However, there was nothing scary about this glass floor and after some time, we all were back to being goofy! Laying on the floor, standing, sitting and what not!

For quite a long time we enjoyed here! At least this floor was not crowded!

Then back to the stairs! We clicked a couple of photographs and then stepped further up and sat on the lounges!

All I wanted to seriously do what sit there and nothing else!

The lit up, night ambiance here was amazing! We could see the transparent railing of the staircase and the entire view!

Can any view looks like its creaming ‘luxury’ this one did!

We can call this a viewpoint! A viewpoint of a typical city!

Then, it was time to change the direction and eat!

This is called, dinner with a view!

We were sitting on the table by the glass with the city view! Not a meal, we had refreshments! Coconut water and desserts I remember.

The setting was also very comfy, this warm lamp emitting orange bright was my favourite element on the table!

We were about to leave this amazing spot in a while now!

But we stop clicking pictures, nah! We did that all the way till we got down!

Outside the building, there was this cute statue of the elephant that we didn’t notice while entering in!

We took a tuk-tuk (rickshaws in Thailand) to reach our accommodation. Tuk-tuk experiences were in itself experiences!

That was it!
