So you might have read about this island in my previous blog posts, but because of the wonderful experience one can have in this island, it definitely deserved to be talked about in a separate blog post!

This magnificent island can be explored by sailing in a catamaran cruise, like we did! It took approximately 1 hour to reach here from Trou D’eau Douce and it was totally worth it! The white sand, views and turquoise water, completely different from the places we explored till that date! It felt like breathing air in a whole new another country!

It was around 10 in the morning when we reached this island through catamaran cruise. Walking on the fine, white sand was so peaceful! The entire atmosphere around was so bright and relaxing! I remember being in the centre of the sun and getting pictures clicked! It was just us on this beach for that moment and that’s what added to more enjoyment! We enjoyed here for quite a long time and then decided to walk further!

We kept on walking barefoot on the fine sand and that’s when daddy found a sea creature called, urchin! Meanwhile, we also talked to a group of ladies who were a part of the catamaran cruise like us, standing there. We then started walking further again as we could already see so much ahead for us to explore! Although, we were travelling for more than two weeks, we felt a different kind of excitement as if we’re in another tiny country!

Lagoon! In the middle of the sand, that too in light, exotic, turquoise colour! While walking in this lagoon, we saw so many tiny fishes inside. White sand, lagoon, sun and palms, a perfect golden time it was! We stood in this lagoon and enjoyed the exotic view that we were surrounded by!

After getting some amazing pictures clicked and exploring, we then decided to eat some snacks that we bought, under the palms. I remember all of us being so grateful of this nature and day while eating and then, of course, photographs!! It was extremely sunny but yet the best time, so we walked to the beach in front and enjoyed there for a while!

It was now time to get back to the cruise, though we wanted to be here for longer.

The beauty of this tiny island is Mauritius is beyond description!
